D&D is a child company powered by BYI Oy. Founded by Shanmukh Polimera, D&D was born out of a deep love for dance and a vision to create a comprehensive ecosystem for dancers. After 14 months of meticulous research and planning, we have built a platform that not only lists events but also offers advanced features like matchmaking, payment options, and detailed reporting.

Our Founder

Shanmukh Polimera, the founder and CEO of both D&D and BYI Oy, has a rich background in commerce and computers. Since 2011, he has worked with various IT and multinational companies, helping his clients as a subject matter expert in SAP ERP applications. Shanmukh also has solid IT audit experience from two of the Big Four firms, Deloitte and EY. His expertise in managing large-scale clients and projects has been instrumental in shaping the vision and execution of D&D.
